Westlink has successfully delivered a large compressor package and heat exchangers from Malaysia to Port Kembla, Australia.

The equipment will be used in the construction of new green field compressor stations, which will help tackle a forecasted winter gas supply shortage for 2023 or 2024.

Services provided by Westlink included:

• Origin services – pre-shipment inspections, heavy haulage and stevedoring

• Ocean Freight via Roll-On-Roll-Off Vessel (RoRo)

• Destination services – stevedoring, laydown management and heavy haulage
