Westlink was engaged to manage the end-to-end logistics management for the delivery of a crucial gas compressor package from Solar Turbines Factory in California, United States to Winchelsea Project Site in Victoria, Australia. Westlink chartered an Antonov AN-124 aircraft to transport the compressor package 11,000 nautical miles, to enable additional capacity ahead of the expected gas supply shortages in Melbourne for 2023 / 2024.
